Example Definitions of "Warrant(s)"
Warrant(s). Means the Common Stock purchase warrants issued to the Purchaser on July 29, 2005 and the Common Stock purchase warrants issued in connection with the Security Agreement, whether on the date thereof or thereafter.
Warrant(s). Shall meant the warrants to acquire five (5) shares of Common Stock included within the Offering.
