Warrant(s)

Warrant(s). Means collectively the warrant represented hereby and the warrants of the same series hereof (and by any instrument replacing, in whole or in part, such instruments).

Warrant(s). Has the meaning given on the first page hereof;

Warrant(s). Shall mean the aggregate of the First Tranche Warrants and, unless otherwise cancelled in accordance with Section 10(b) of this Agreement, the Second Tranche Warrants.
