Warranty Compliant

Warranty Compliant. Or "Warranty Compliance" with respect to a Product, means a Product that: (a) complies in all material respects with the applicable Specifications; (b) is free from material defects in materials and workmanship; and (c) is manufactured in accordance with the Quality Assurance Agreement.
