Warranty Non-Compliant

Warranty Non-Compliant. Or "Warranty Non-Compliance" with respect of a Product, means a Product that: (a) does not comply in all material respects with the applicable Specifications; (b) is not free from material defects in materials and workmanship; or (c) is not manufactured in accordance with the Quality Assurance Agreement.
