WASP Price. For each Delivery Point, a price per MMBtu for each Month equal to (i) Plant Gas Proceeds for such Month, less Buyer's Adjustments for such Month, divided by (ii) the total number of MMBtus of Plant Gas delivered at such Delivery Point during such Month.
