Waste Materials

Waste Materials. Means any toxic or hazardous materials or substances, or solid wastes, including asbestos, buried contaminants, chemicals, flammable or explosive materials, radioactive materials, petroleum and petroleum products, and any other chemical, pollutant, contaminant, substance or waste that is regulated by any Governmental Entity under any Environmental Law.
