Water Contract. The words "Water Contract" mean a valid and enforceable written contract between Borrower and any other person pursuant to which Borrower, for consideration stated in the Water Contract, provides equipment and services to the other party to the Water Contract for the purpose of treating groundwater containing contaminants so that the treated water is potable water that meets allowable drinking water standards as defined and required by law for the contaminants Borrower has promised to treat....
