Example Definitions of "Water Rights"
Water Rights. All rights to use wells and other water sources that exist on the Effective Date that benefit or are appurtenant to the Property and that may be reasonably necessary to conduct farming operations at the Property as currently conducted and in accordance with GAP.
Water Rights.
