WC Termination Fraction. The term "WC Termination Fraction" shall mean a fraction determined as follows, based on the applicable Termination Date: Termination Date WC Termination Fraction Prior to first anniversary of the Date of Grant 1⁄4 On or after first anniversary of the Date of Grant but prior to the First Vesting Date 1⁄2 On or after First Vesting Date but prior to the Second Vesting Date 1
