Weekly Liquidated Damages Amount. With respect to any Event, an amount per week per $1,000 principal amount of Registrable Securities equal to $0.05 for the first 90-day period immediately following the applicable Event Date, increasing by an additional $0.05 per week per $1,000 principal amount of Registrable Securities with respect to each subsequent 90-day period, up to a maximum amount of $0.20 per week per $1,000 principal amount of Registrable Securities.

Weekly Liquidated Damages Amount. With respect to any Event, an amount per week per $1,000 principal amount of Transfer Restricted Securities equal to $0.05 for the first 90-day period immediately following the applicable Event Date, increasing by an additional $0.05 per week per $1,000 principal amount of Transfer Restricted Securities with respect to each subsequent 90-day period, up to a maximum amount of $0.25 per week per $1,000 principal amount of Transfer Restricted Securities.
