Welfare Plan. Shall mean any health and dental plan, disability plan, survivor income plan or life insurance plan, as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA, currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

Welfare Plan. Means an "employee welfare benefit plan" as such term is defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA (including without limitation a plan excluded from coverage by Section 4 of ERISA).
