Wells Purchase Rights

Wells Purchase Rights. Collectively, the purchase rights of Wells Fargo Bank, NA ('Wells') pursuant to each lease with respect to one of the Properties (other than the Pensacola Property and the Kings point Property), each dated as of September 22, 2004, by and between 3300 LLC and Wachovia, each as assigned to Seller pursuant to that certain Lease Assignment and Assumption Agreement dated March 25, 2008 (the 'Wells Lease'). Each such purchase right shall be referred to herein as a 'Wells Purchase Right'
