West Guarantee and Collateral Agreement

West Guarantee and Collateral Agreement. Shall mean the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, dated as of September 9, 2003, among Dex Media West, Inc., West, each of the subsidiaries of Dex Media West, Inc. identified therein and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Collateral Agent, as such agreement may be amended, modified, supplemented or amended and restated from time to time.
