West River Director

West River Director. Shall mean an individual elected to the Board of Directors who has been nominated or appointed by the West River Stockholders pursuant to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Erik J. Anderson shall be deemed to have been nominated or appointed, as applicable, by the West River Stockholders pursuant to this Agreement.
