WFOE. Means any entity organized under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macau Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China, or the Republic of China that is controlled by ChiLin or the Cayman Subsidiary, where "control" means the power to direct or cause the direction of the management of the entity, by ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise, and the name and primary address of which ChiLin has reported in writing to Vitria.
