Where applicable. (a) terms used in this Plan have the same meanings as the terms used in the Code and the regulations and rulings issued thereunder and pursuant thereto, with reference to Options; and (b) words used in this Plan in the singular may mean the plural, the plural may mean the singular and the masculine may mean the feminine or neuter.
