White Label Basis

White Label Basis. The distribution or marketing of Products or Services by a third party under, either solely or principally, the trade name or trade dress of such third party. Without limiting the foregoing, the mere inclusion of a logo, emblem or other identifying mark or moniker on a Product or Service that is no more prominent than the trade name or trade dress of the Company or its affiliates on such Product or Service will not result in such Product or Service being deemed offered on a White Label Basis.
