Wholesale Agreements

Wholesale Agreements. Shall mean (a) the interconnection agreements and other contracts by and among the CoreComm Midwest CLECs and the SBC Midwest ILECs as listed on Exhibit A hereto, plus (b) the right to receive services and facilities under tariffs or other service offerings, if any, established to make available facilities and services to competitors on a wholesale basis pursuant to applicable federal or state laws and/or regulations, but shall exclude all other agreements, contracts or tariffs.
