Williams Companies. Means The Williams Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation which is the parent of Williams (exclusive of any subsidiary or affiliates as to the releases provided herein). As to the releases with respect to Gas herein, such releases extend only to conduct by Williams imputed to the Williams Companies.
