Window Period

Window Period. The 3 consecutive calendar month period prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date

Window Period. The period commencing on the date occurring six (6) months immediately prior to the date on which a Change in Control first occurs and ending the second anniversary of the date on which a Change in Control occurs.

Window Period. Either of two 30-day periods of time commencing 30 days after (i) a Change in Control and (ii) one year after a Change in Control.

Window Period. Any of (i) the 60-day period commencing on the Change in Control Date, (ii) the 60-day period commencing on the first anniversary of the Change in Control Date, and (iii) the 60-day period commencing on the second anniversary of the Change in Control Date
