Window Period
Window Period. Means the period of time after a Change in Control in which Executive can terminate the Executive's employment with the Corporation with or without Good Reason and receive Severance Benefits. The Window Period begins on the one year anniversary date of a Change in Control and lasts for thirty (30) days.
