The software code (as opposed to source code) distributed by Microsoft to any licensee as Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Media Center Edition, the predecessors and successors to the foregoing operating systems distributed during the Term of this Agreement, including, as applicable, Windows Vista and its successors, including upgrades, bug fixes, service packs, or any other versions of Windows that support digital media for use with personal computers, servers, or devices....
