Wireline Services Agreement. That certain Network Services Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2006, by and between Communications Services and LMDS Co., as such agreement may be amended from time to time, pursuant to which Communications Services (as Customer) provides certain services to LMDS Co. (as Service Provider).
