Wolfson Group

Wolfson Group. Shall mean the Stockholders identified as being members of the Wolfson Group on Schedule I hereto and their Permitted Transferees. Actions permitted to be taken by the Wolfson Group hereunder shall be taken by all the members of the Wolfson Group if approved or consented to by members of the Wolfson Group holding a 2 majority of the interests in Nesstech LLC and/or the Company held by the members of the Wolfson Group.
