Work Order

Work Order. The written document specified as such that sets forth the terms of Services to be provided by FORENAP in respect of a Study, as may be amended from time to time. A sample Work Order is attached as Appendix A

Work Order. The order form and accompanying terms and conditions applicable to Customers' purchase of services from Office Depot

Work Order. Any work order executed by a duly authorized representative of each of Vendor and Customer for the provision of Services, a form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B attached hereto, as may be amended by a Change Order

Work Order. Any such appendix to this Agreement specifying Services. Work Order(s) shall be attached to this Agreement and shall when approved in writing by both Parties be deemed an integral part hereof. Work Order(s) may be updated from time to time by mutual agreement.

Work Order. That document attached hereto at Appendix B for a given project under which Manufacturer agrees to perform Services for such project pursuant to this Agreement. Each Work Order shall be agreed upon by the parties on a project-by-project basis as set forth in Section 2.1 and attached to and made a part of this Agreement.

Work Order. An individual project agreement executed between Sponsor and INC Research for a given Study that: (a) expressly references this Agreement; (b) is made with respect to such specific Study; (c) is signed by both Parties; and (d) specifies the parameters of and sets forth the details of the clinical research services to be performed by INC Research in conducting the Study.
