Work Statement

Work Statement. The description of Services or Deliverables to be provided under the Agreement, which may contain Specifications, schedules, milestones, payments or any other terms and conditions as mutually agreed to by the parties. Work Statements issued hereunder will be incorporated into and subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Work Statement. Means a detailed document that (i) references this Agreement, (ii) is signed by authorized representatives of both Parties and (iii) sets forth, at a minimum, the Services to be provided by Gallus and the fees to be paid by Customer for such Services, and any modifications to such Work Statement that the Parties may agree to in writing from time to time. The initial agreed Work Statement is attached hereto as Appendix 1.
