Example Definitions of "Working Capital Loan"
Working Capital Loan. Shall mean a loan made by either of IWHC or the Purchaser to the Company, which shall represent the purchase of a subordinated note substantially in the form of the Notes in the principal amount of such Working Capital Loan. Each such Note shall be delivered to the Working Capital Lender against wire transfer of such Working Capital Loan to an account designated by the Company.
