Working Group Registration Form

Working Group Registration Form. Shall mean a document in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C that may be required for participation in a Working Group, with a charter that has been approved by the Alliance Board of Directors to create a Draft Specification. In executing the Working Group Registration Form, Sponsor shall waive the right to withdraw from patent licensing provisions of Section 3.
