Working Interest

Example Definitions of "Working Interest"
Working Interest. Shall mean the ownership of an undivided share of an oil and gas lease, subject to all expenses of operating such oil and gas lease, and burdened by a pro-rata share of all non-Working Interests (i.e. royalty and over-riding royalty interests).
Working Interest. The operating interest in a Leasehold Interest, which bears all costs of acquiring, drilling, equipping, completing, operating and producing a well and/or such Leasehold Interest.
Working Interest. The operating interests under an oil and gas lease and when used in the plural, the aggregate of all such interests.
