WorkinProcess Sublimit

WorkinProcess Sublimit. Shall mean, as to each Borrower, at any time, the amount equal to $65,000,000, minus the then outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans to the other Borrowers (and including Letter of Credit Accommodations to the extent provided in the definition of the term Borrowing Base) based on Eligible Inventory consisting of work-in-process for finished goods.
