Works. Drafts, partial works, contributions to works, final works, and derivative works created by Employee pursuant to and within the scope of Employee's employment with the Company. Works excludes Excluded Works.

All records, reports, documents, papers, drawings, designs, transparencies, photos, graphics, logos, software programmes, inventions, ideas, discoveries, developments, improvements or innovations and all materials embodying them in whatever form prepared by the Contractor or Individual in connection with the provision of the Service
