Written Direction. A written direction compatible with Section 4 below directing Escrow Agent to disburse all or a portion of the Escrow Assets. Any such Written Direction shall contain issuance instructions containing name, address, Taxpayer Identification Number, and other pertinent information, in each case to the extent not previously provided to Escrow Agent.
