Written Instruction

Written Instruction. Means a written communication the Transfer Agent actually receives from an Authorized Person or from a person the Transfer Agent reasonably believes to be an Authorized Person by telex or any other system whereby the receiver of a communication is able to verify through codes or otherwise with a reasonable degree of certainty the authenticity of the sender of the communication;
