XCARENET SOFTWARE

XCARENET SOFTWARE. Shall mean all computer program code and other results and proceeds of XCare.net's services hereunder (other than Content) that are delivered by XCare.net to Client pursuant to this Agreement. Such XCare.net Software shall be provided in object code form unless the parties mutually agree in writing to delivery of source code.
