XL Securities

XL Securities. Means any debt securities issued by any Mutual Party to any XL Entity and any securities of the same class issued to any other purchasers, together with the voting preferred stock described in the "Voting Preferred Stock" section of Annex A to Amendment No. 1 (it being understood that the Warrants (as defined in Annex A to Amendment No. 1) shall not be deemed to be XL Securities).
