Shall mean an advertising promotion that (a) promotes the Yahoo Printing Center Site, (b) contains a text reference to the Yahoo Printing Center Site as determined by Yahoo in its sole discretion, and (c) permits Users to navigate directly to the Yahoo Printing Center Site.
