Yahoo Properties

Yahoo Properties. Means any Yahoo branded or co-branded media properties, ---------------- including but not limited to Internet guides, that are developed in whole or in part by Yahoo or its Affiliates.

Yahoo Properties. Shall mean any Yahoo branded or co-branded media properties or services, including, without limitation, those Internet guides, developed in whole or in part by Yahoo or its Affiliates and which are displayed on or which transfer information to and/or from any electronic device now known or later developed including, without limitation, personal computers, cellular phones, personal digital assistants, and pagers. The parties acknowledge that this does not include the iPrint Yahoo Site.
