Year of Services

Year of Services. Shall mean with respect to each Phantom Stock Option Award, a 12-month period of Continuous Service with the Bank or an Affiliate, commencing with the Participant's Grant Date with respect to that Phantom Stock Option Award. Year of Service with respect to each Phantom Stock Retirement Award shall mean a 12-month period of Continuous Service with the Bank or an Affiliate, commencing with the Participant's initial date of hire by the Bank or an Affiliate in the case of an Executive, or initial... date of election to the Board in the case of a Director.
