YearEnd Bonus

YearEnd Bonus. Means, with respect to each Eligible Executive, that amount that the Administrator determines and certifies in accordance with Section 6 hereof, but in no event may such amount be in excess of the lesser of (a) $9,000,000 and (b) twice the Eligible Executive's Target Bonus.
