Yearly Business Review. Means the process by which Reseller will provide SAP information which SAP reasonably requires to determine which additional products and delivery vehicles, if any, Reseller will be permitted to offer in the Territory. Such information may include financial information, future business plans, sales training programs attended, support infrastructure training and capabilities and any other information required by SAP.
