Years of Employment

Years of Employment. Or "YOE" means a Participant's period of consecutive service with the Employer, determined as of his or her Separation Date, measured in 12-month increments; a partial period of not less than six whole months shall be treated as a full Year of Employment; a partial period of less than six whole months shall be disregarded. If a Participant terminates his or her employment with the Employer and is later rehired, Years of Employment shall be measured from his or her reemployment date.
