Years of Service

Years of Service. Means the Employee's total years of employment with a Regency Entity, including years of employment with an entity that is acquired by a Regency Entity prior to such acquisition.

Years of Service. In the case of any Employee, consecutive (i.e., uninterrupted by a termination of employment) years in which a Participant serves as an Employee; provided that for the avoidance of doubt, with respect to service as an Employee of a Subsidiary, only employment with an entity at such times as such entity is a Subsidiary will count toward Years of Service. In the case of a Director, "Years of Service" means consecutive years in which the Participant serves as a Director

Years of Service. The number of years of service the Recipient is credited with for vesting purposes under any U.S. qualified plan maintained by the Company, regardless of whether the Recipient is a participant in such plan.

Years of Service. The aggregate of all periods commencing with the Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer and ending on the date the Employee ceases to be employed by the Employer.

Years of Service. The consecutive 12-month periods of employment ending on the anniversaries of the Participant's most recent date of hire, whether occurring before or after the Effective Date

Years of Service. Means the Employee's total complete years of employment with an Innovative Industrial Entity, including years of employment with an entity that is acquired by an Innovative Industrial Entity prior to such acquisition. For this purpose, a "complete year of employment" shall begin on the Employee's date of hire and end on each subsequent anniversary of such date.

Years of Service. Shall mean the total number of years that Employee has been employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries as determined with the Company's policies as administered from time to time.

Years of Service. The Participant's period of employment with Newell and its Affiliates from Participant's most recent date of hire (including any predecessor company or business acquired by Newell or any Affiliate, provided the Participant was immediately employed by Newell or an Affiliate), determined in fully completed years.

Years of Service. The number of full months (converted to years) of employment and other business relationships with the Company and its predecessors

Years of Service.
