Years of Vesting Service

Years of Vesting Service. For vesting purposes, the number of full twelve (12)-month periods, commencing with the Executive's most recent hire date, during which the Executive remains in Continuous Service with the Bank. For purposes of determining vesting, all Years of Vesting Service with the Bank shall be counted regardless of whether such service occurred before or after the Effective Date of this Agreement.
