Years. Shall mean consecutive twelve (12) calendar month periods commencing on the First Shipment Month. For avoidance of doubt, the first Year is the twelve (12) calendar month period commencing on the First Shipment Month, the second Year is the twelve (12) calendar month period commencing on the first anniversary of the First Shipment Month, etc.
