Yen LIBOR. For any Yen Loan for any Interest Period, the per annum rate (reserve adjusted as provided below) of interest at which Yen deposits in immediately available funds are offered in the interbank eurodollar market as presented on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 (formerly known as page 3750 of the Moneyline Telerate Service) as of 11:00 a.m. two Business Days prior to the beginning of such Interest Period, for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period for a period approximately equal to such Interest... Period and in an amount equal or comparable to such Yen Loan. The foregoing rate of interest shall be reserve adjusted by dividing Yen LIBOR by one minus the Yen LIBOR Reserve Percentage.
