Yield Maintenance. Means, with respect to a prepayment to be made prior to the satisfaction of Maturity Extension Condition, zero, and after the satisfaction of the Maturity Extension Condition, (i) from the Closing Date to any date on or before 24 months after October 16, 2018, 3% of the amount to be repaid, (ii) from 24 months after October 16, 2018 and on or before 36 months after October 16, 2018, 2% of the amount to be repaid, (iii) from 36 months after October 16, 2018 and on or before 60 months after...
