Yield Maintenance Premium. An amount which, when added to the outstanding Principal, would be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations which provide payments (a) on or prior to, but as close as possible to, all successive scheduled payment dates under this Note through the Stated Maturity Date and (b) in amounts equal to the Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount required under this Note through the Stated Maturity Date together with the outstanding principal balance of this Note as of the Stated Maturity Date assuming... payments of all such Monthly Debt Service Payment Amounts are made (including any servicing costs associated therewith). Yield Maintenance Premium. Shall mean the present value, as of the Prepayment Date, of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest from the Prepayment Date through the date which is three (3) months prior to the Anticipated Repayment Date (including any balloon payment) determined by discounting such payments at the Discount Rate, less the amount of principal being prepaid.

Yield Maintenance Premium. Shall mean an amount equal to the product of: (a) the positive difference (expressed as a percentage of the outstanding Principal Amount before any prepayment), if any, as of the date of determination between (i) the present value of all future scheduled payments of interest and principal, including the principal amount due on the Anticipated Repayment Date, to be made on this Note before the prepayment in question, discounted at an interest rate per annum equal to the Treasury Rate, and (ii)... the outstanding Principal Amount immediately before such prepayment; and (b) the Principal Amount being prepaid.
