ZincRelated Operations. Means any other present or future business and operations of IMCO and its Subsidiaries (including that of Interamerican Zinc, Inc., an existing Subsidiary of IMCO) engaged principally in the business of recycling, processing and selling zinc and derivative products therefrom.
