Example Definitions of "Account"
Account. The Account established on behalf of each Key Associate pursuant to Section 2 of the Plan.
Account. This term shall have the same definition as given to it in the Uniform Commercial Code.
Account. Means a bookkeeping account established pursuant to Section 5(a) of the Plan for Compensation that is subject to a Participant's Deferred Compensation Election.
Account. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the UCC.
Account. Means the bookkeeping account established by the Corporation to which are credited Bonus Deferrals, and notational earnings and losses thereon.
