Account

Account. An account established on the books of the Employer for the purpose of recording amounts credited on behalf of a Participant pursuant to his or her Deferral Elections under the Plan and any income, expenses, gains or losses attributable to the deemed investment of such account in one or more of the Investment Funds

Account. Each separate account maintained for a Participant under the Plan, collectively or singly as the context requires.

Account. A book entry account established and maintained by the Company on behalf of a Participant to record the Deferred Compensation allocated on behalf of the Participant under the Plan and any additions thereto or subtractions therefrom credited or charged in accordance with Section 4 hereof.

Account. Collectively a Participant's Stock Unit Account and Dividend Account.

Account. Means, collectively, a Participant's Deferred Account, Match Account, Special Account, and Tool Kit Account.

Account. The bookkeeping account and any subaccounts to which amounts pursuant to Section 4, and earnings and losses thereon, are credited.

Account. The Participant Account established and maintained for each Participating Employee and Beneficiary pursuant to Section 4.A.

Account. An unfunded bookkeeping account established pursuant to Paragraph 5(d) and maintained by the Committee in the name of Grantee (a) to which Deferred Stock Units are deemed credited and (b) to which an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of Deferred Stock Units with respect to which a Diversification Election has been made and interest thereon are deemed credited, reduced by distributions in accordance with the Plan.

Account. A trade account, account receivable, other receivable, or other right to payment for goods sold or leased or services rendered owing to the Borrower or to CRG Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Borrower ("CRG") (or to a third party grantor acceptable to the Bank).

Account. The term "Account" means, with respect to any Participant, the Participant's Supplementary Company Retirement Account and the Participant's Supplementary Savings Account.
